RP Etiquette ⇒
These are the basics for all RPing. Don't be a douche, don't cross IC/OOC, respect each other, and just follow the rp etiquette.

Activity ⇒
The activity of a game's members are what keeps it alive. If you can't commit to actively playing your character, don't apply. You must post some form of activity at least once every two weeks or face removal. Role hogs won't be tolerated.

Characters ⇒
Our goal is to try and handle organized crime as realistically as possible in RP. So please use Wikipedia, Google, and/or plain old common sense. You are allowed three characters (one in each faction). No bosses or characters in higher positions of power will be under the age of 31.

Played Bys ⇒
No originals, Myspacers, Suicide Girls, etc. are allowed. PBs with legitimate careers only. We also adhere to the five year scale, meaning you are obligated to have your character's age be within five years of their PB's. Overall, just be realistic - age, ethnicity, occupation, etc. We reserve the right to turn down a PB.

Journals and Icons ⇒
Journals can be in any style you want: they can be your character's name, they can be creatively descriptive, whatever. Just make sure there are no excessive numbers, x's, or underscores. The journals are like an online forum (but characters cannot see icons). Strike throughs cannot be read and are as if someone typed something and then deleted it - please don't abuse them.

As for icons, we don't care if you keep the forehead or crop it out. We don't care if they're from LJ or you made them yourself on the 'net. Borders? Whatever. Just make sure they are text free and we can clearly see who your PB is.

Writing ⇒
Absolutely, positively NO one-liners. Writing should be 3rd person, storybook style and you should try to write at least two paragraphs per response. RP is a writing-based hobby and this game will reflect that. AIM is allowed, but in order for any scenes completed via AIM to count toward activity they must be posted in the main community.

If You Break the Rules ⇒
We use the three strike system. You get three chances for any rule breaking and on the third offense you're removed. Exceptions to this rule are godmodding/powerplaying and plagiarizing/stealing, for which you receive only one warning.
